SmartSheet Application for Process Automation using Forms and Flows
Purpose
SmartSheet is a cloud-based solution that provides robust forms and flow automation for process efficiency. It leverages an easy to use excel like interface for building data sheets, forms, and automation capabilities. It includes workspaces for collaboration and reporting and dashboards. Sheets are secured unless shared. Forms are secured unless shared. Reports and Dashboards can be published, distributed and secured or easily shared.

How to Login
SmartSheet can be accessed using your NTNet Email account and Password by logging in with Company SSO at the following Link https://app.smartsheet.com/b/home
First time users can create an Unlicensed Account and will have access to submit forms that have been shared or posted on a Tarleton website. Unlicensed users can also approve workflows that they are authorized via email.

License Request
SmartSheet is managed by ITS, the TRO, and Finance and Administration. Licenses are only required for developing new forms automation and creating new sheets. If you wish to develop new forms automation in SmartSheet you will need to request a license.
Licenses may be requested through the Logon screen. In addition, a ticket can be opened to request a license.
