Supervisors have the ability to modify Call Center business hours for their assigned call queue from the Finesse Dashboard.*
- From the Finesse Dashboard, select the Advanced Capabilities tab

- Select Manage Calendar from the list of available calendars

- Configure your Fixed Business Hours, or your Custom Business Days

- Select Save when you are done
