SSO Logon Options

How to log on to the two options for the TAMUS SSO Login Page

TAMUS UIN Login Option

• To choose the TAMU UIN login option, they will need to click the TAMUS UIN logo 

• This option is used for faculty/staff members to sign in using their UIN and UIN password. This will NOT be the same password they use for their NTNET account 

• If they forgot their password, or are unsure of it, then they can reset it using the Forgot my Password link at the bottom of the sign in page 

• They will be prompted for DUO’s second factor authentication method. If they have issues with the DUO prompt not working, please contact Cory Shaw or visit Article - Using Two-Factor Authenticator for TAMUS SSO 

Tarleton NTNET Login Option

• If someone would like to use the Tarleton NTNET login option, they will need to choose the Tarleton logo  

• This option is used for faculty/staff members who want to sign in using their Tarleton NTNET login information  

  • If they forgot their password, or are unsure of their login information, then we would walk them through the password reset using the Self-Service Password Reset. For more information, please visit Article - Self-Service Password Management 

• This option will prompt users to sign in using Microsoft Authenticator as the two-factor authentication method. If they are unsure how to use Microsoft Authenticator, please visit Article - How to Use Microsoft Authenticator App
