Information and Troubleshooting for Office Printers and Scanners
General Information
Scan to Email option: All users are configured for scan to email. Note that not all printers support this feature; for multifunction printers, check with your admin assistant to confirm setup.
Regardless if they are in the address book or not, you can still scan to email.
Contact the Service Desk to get added to the address book.
Device relocation: Personal devices can be relocated individually, but multifunction devices require assistance from the printer group (Kirbos).
Regarding accounting setups for clients, please consult your administrative assistant as there may already be an account set up for you.
Basic Troubleshooting
Restart the device and ensure it's connected to the network.

Setting up or requesting a new device: If you need a device, specify your requirements and provide the new account number so we can assist. If you're getting a new leased device, please coordinate with us in advance so we can transfer your configurations over.

To access the address book and view codes, you have two options: through the printer's online Embedded Web Server (EWS) or directly at the physical printer.

Note that the EWS interface may vary depending on the printer's make and model, and the location of the address book within the EWS might differ. Therefore, the Address Book location will vary depending on the printer you're using.

Typically, you'll need the printer admin username and password to log in. For making changes to the address book, an administrator login may be necessary, and you can find passwords in the MPrint Web application.
