You can delete individual accounts from Microsoft Authenticator. This is usually done for accounts from a previous university, or if you're leaving Tarleton and want to remove that account. This guide will help you delete the account of your choosing.
Deleting individual accounts in Microsoft Authenticator is preferred to deleting or resetting the entire app. Should you delete the app, you'll need to restore all active accounts you wish to keep. This will involve more effort than simply deleting individual accounts you are sure you are done with.
How to Delete Accounts from Microsoft Authenticator
Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone.
Make sure you are in the Authenticator tab with the home icon at the bottom of the display.
Tap on the account you wish to delete.
Tap on Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner.
Tap Remove Account and verify your selection.
You'll end up back at the home display with your list of accounts. The deleted account should now be done.
