A guide to show instructors how to make copies of existing activities in EHR Tutor. This guide is for simulation instructors working specifically with EHR Tutor.
Log in to EHR Tutor.
Click on “Course List” in the upper left corner of the screen.
Find the course you wish to access.
- You may search for courses using the search field, or click the column headings to sort the list.
When you find the course you wish to select, click “Go to Course”.
Depending on the course, there may be more than one activity. Find the activity you wish to copy and click “Copy Activity”.
The next screen will be the “Create New Activity” screen.
- You may edit any field needed.
- Pay special attention to the “Activity Name” field. This name will need to be adjusted to remove the “copy” at the end.
- Once all adjustments have been made, click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.
You will be taken back to the “Course Activities and Grading” screen. The copied activity will now be available in the activities list.
