A guide to show nursing instructors how to access activities in EHR Tutor in preparation for running simulation. This guide is for simulation instructors working specifically with EHR Tutor.
Log in to EHR Tutor
Click on “Course List” in the upper left corner of the screen.
Find the course needed for the simulation.
- You may search for the courses using the search field, or click the column headings to sort the list.
When you find the course you wish to select, click “Go to Course”.
Depending on the course, there may be more than one activity.
- Find the activity needed and click “View Activity as Student” to open it.
- You may search for activities by using the search field, or sort them by clicking the column headings.
The next page will give the option to select the patient being used in the scenario.
- Click the patient’s name to continue.
- Most activities will only have one patient.
This will open the patient chart for the selected patient.
