Issue:
How do I map or sync a OneDrive folder so it appears in File Explorer?
Resolution:
Step 1: Sign in to OneDrive
- Click the Start menu and search for OneDrive.
- Open the OneDrive app.
- Sign in with your Tarleton account.
Step 2: Choose Folder Location
- When prompted, choose the default folder location or select a custom one.
- Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Sync Files
- OneDrive will begin syncing your files.
- A OneDrive folder will appear in File Explorer
Step 4: Pin to Quick Access (Optional)
- Open File Explorer.
- Right-click the OneDrive folder.
- Select Pin to Quick Access.
Step 5: Choose Folders to Sync (Optional)
- Click the OneDrive cloud icon in the system tray.
- Click the gear icon ⚙️ > Settings.
- Under the Account tab, click Choose folders.
- Select the folders you want to sync.
