For classes that using Zoom for meeting times that are not on a normal schedule

Ensure all previous Zoom modules and pages have been removed from the course. Zoom integrations are specific to a term, course, and instructor.

In Canvas, navigate to the Help menu then select Zoom module creation wizard.

Login with your Tarleton NTNET account.

NOTE: This page will say that the start date\time and end date\time will need to be known. These instructions are assuming that there is no defined start date\time or end date\time.
Click Start Wizard.

Select the course that needs the Zoom module added from the drop-down menu and click Create Module.

The start time is not important for this use case. These fields are required so select something from each and click Next Step.

The end time is not important for this use case. These fields are required so select something from each and click Next Step.

The meeting days and term are not important for this use case. These fields are required so select something from each and click Next Step.

A confirmation will be displayed with the new Zoom meeting details. Click End Wizard.

Once this wizard is completed there will be a Zoom module added to the selected course.

If needed, publish the page and module by clicking the publish icons.
