Several Linux servers are accessible via ssh login. How do I get access?
Linux Server access for Faculty, Staff or Students
Linux Server access is for faculty, staff or students who have a valid NTNET account and require command line access to a Linux server.
Prequisites
- Must have NTNET account in good standing
- Must have authorization from your supervisor or manager
- Must have an up to date install of an SSH software package (puTTY is preferred)
- Must know the name of the server(s) the user needs access
Manager or supervisor will create a ticket with the user's name and NTNET account information. Assign the ticket to Server Support.
