Server file and/or directory recovery from backup

Many of Tarleton's servers have their files and directories backed up nightly and can be recovered for up to 60 days.

What is recoverable?

Files on servers that are essential for Tarleton to operate are backed up nightly.  Not all servers have their files backed up.

Are the files on my personal PC recoverable?

No, the nightly backup jobs only back up essential servers, not your personal PC.  Consider using OneDrive to store your personal files and such.

What information is needed?

• The server name containing the file or directory you want restored
• The absolute path of the file or directory (Example: C:\Programs\myProgram.exe)
• The name of the file or directory you need restored
• A ticket submitted under Files & Storage with the above criteria and justification of the restore.
• Assign the ticket to Server Support
