Clearing Cache and Cookies

Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Clear browsing data.
  3. Make sure you are on the Advanced tab
  4. Select All time for the time rangeUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. Select the types of information you want to remove.
  6. Click Clear data.

FireFox

  1. Click the menu button Fx89menuButton and select Settings.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….

  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
  5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
  6. Close the Settings page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

Safari for macOS

  1. Click on Safari on the top menu bar.
  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. Click Manage Website Data...

  5. Click Remove All.
  6. Click Remove Now.

  7. Go to the Safari menu on the top menu bar.
  8. Select Quit to close Safari and save your changes.

Microsoft Edge

  1. In Microsoft Edge, select Settings and more (the icon that looks like three dots).

  2. Select Settings.

  3. In the Settings sidebar, select Privacy and services.

  4. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

  5. In Clear browsing data, select the check box for each type of data, such as browsing history, cookies, and passwords, you want to clear from the cache.

  6. From the Time range drop down list, select All time.

  7. Select Clear now.
