1. Using Google Chrome, navigate to the Oxford Medical Simulation webpage using this link: https://www1.oms-app.com/users/pre_authorisations/new
2. Enter your Tarleton email (Ex: first.last@go.tarleton.edu) that was used to setup your OMS account.
3. Click “Continue” and enter your password.
4. You will be presented with the OMS Dashboard. Click on “User Guide” tab at the top of the page.
5. Then click the carrot next to “Using VR scenarios on your computer”.
6. This will expand to allow you to see 2 choices, “Windows computer guidance” and “Mac guidance”.
7. Select the type of computer you are using.
8. Depending on which type of computer you are using, you will see the below screens.
9. In order to install the application, click the “Windows Installer” or “Mac Installer” button. This will start the download process.
Note: These pages also display the recommended minimum requirements that a computer needs in order for OMS to work properly. If your computer does not meet these recommendations, the application will likely still work but may not give the best user experience.

10. When the file has downloaded, click the download icon at the upper right of the browser.
11. Click the open icon to begin the installation. Follow any prompts that are given.
12. Once the app is installed, use the following steps to access the scenarios.
13. Return to the OMS dashboard and select “Scenarios” at the top.
14. Then click the “Start Scenario” button under the scenario that you wish to open.
15. A pop up will appear on your screen. Click the “Launch OMS VR software” button.
16. Depending on your system, you may see a pop up at the top of your screen asking to “Open OMS.exe”. If this happens, click the “Open OMS.exe” button.
17. This will open the OMS application in a new window and you can proceed to begin your scenario.
