This guide will walk you through setting your phone's away status and how the phone should respond to incoming calls, helping you manage incoming calls effectively while you're unavailable.
Navigate to https://user.webex.com/
Log in with your Tarleton email address and password as prompted.

Click "Settings"

Click "Calling"

Click "Call settings"

Scroll down to "Personal call routing (Away)"
Turn on "Personal call routing (Away)"

Select one of the "Greeting message" options.

Set your "Away for" time or set it to "Until turned off"

If using "Until turned off" then you'll need to log into Webex later to turn off your away status.
Set "Send calls to" for voicemail or give callers an option to either leave a voicemail or accept a phone transfer. You'll need to enter the phone number to transfer them to.

"Voicemail or let callers transfer to" is a great option for members of a team that can have a teammate help cover calls while away.
Set "Notification type"
- None - No notification to your phone when someone calls.
- Play ring reminder - Calls to your phone will generate a unique ring to remind you personal call routing is enabled.
- Alert me first - Your phone will ring the set number of rings first, then automatically send the caller to your set away options.
