Request a Pharos reprint
If a Pharos printer fails, we can reprint your job at no cost to you.
Reprint request by phone: Please call 254-968-1934
Reprint request in person: Visit the library circulation desk, the Dick Smith Library Tech Spot, or the Math 226 computer lab.
Pharos printers are set to print single-sided by default. You must select print to both sides if you want to print double sided
Request a Pharos print credit
If a Pharos printer fails and you do not wish to have it reprinted for free, you may request a print credit. Please print the Request for Printing Credit form, complete and submit to lab or library staff within 5 days of the failed Pharos print job.
