Modify Call Center Schedules

Supervisors have the ability to modify Call Center business hours for their assigned call queue from the Finesse Dashboard.*

  1. From the Finesse Dashboard, select the Advanced Capabilities tabUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Select Manage Calendar from the list of available calendarsUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Configure your Fixed Business Hours, or your Custom Business DaysUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Select Save when you are done

*Supervisors will need to be issued this permission. Please contact the Service Desk and open a ticket to request this permission.
