Sync Bookmarks with an Apple Account

You can use/create an Apple account and sign into it in Safari. This allows you to sync your browser data, including bookmarks, to the cloud and other devices running Safari. With this function, you do not need to worry about making bookmark backups manually.

Click the Apple menu on your Mac and select System Settings.

Click your name at the top if listed. If not listed, then the top left item should allow you to sign in with an Apple account. Go through that process to sign in.

Click iCloud.
