This guide will show you how to add Cisco Calling to Microsoft Teams, and how to use the module within Teams. Allowing you to use Teams to access your Webex and office phone functions.
Add Cisco Call to Microsoft Teams
You must have the Webex app installed on your device and the app open for the Teams module to function. You can keep the Webex app hidden, and you won't need to interact with it if taking calls in Teams.
Open Microsoft Teams and click on the add apps icon.

Click "Search" and enter "webex" or "cisco call"

Find "Cisco Call" and click the "Open" or "Add" button next to it.

If you get this popup, then click "Open" or "Add" again.

The Cisco Call module should automatically open. If prompted to sign in with your Tarleton account, click "Continue"

After signing in, "Cisco Call" should open, and you should see its icon on the left sidebar.

Right-click on "Cisco Call" and then click on "Pin" to add Cisco Call to your sidebar shortcuts.

Using Cisco Call in Microsoft Teams
"Dialpad" will come up by default. You can search a name in the Tarleton directory, or enter a direct phone number to begin a call.
You can select an audio or video call. Video calls will use your available video camera. If the person being called doesn't have video available, then the call will automatically revert to an audio call.

"Speed dial" allows you to add people/phone numbers you call regularly.

Click "Add Speed Dial" to add a contact.

You can search for a name in the Tarleton directory, or add a phone number directly.

"Recent calls" will show your recent call log.
"Voicemail" will show you any new or saved voicemails.

"Call settings" will open the settings for the Webex app.
