How to: View Quarantine of a Shared Mailbox

View Quarantine

  1. Go to https://security.microsoft.com
  2. Sign in with the Tarleton email that has permissions to the shared mailbox.
  3. Please click on Review in the left column and select Quarantine in the right column.

  1. This will default to your personal quarantine. You can change the filter to search for just the shared mailbox you have access to.
  2. Click on the Filter button in the top right. This will open up a menu.

  1. In the Recipient Address field, put in the email address of the shared mailbox that you have access to. (EX: serversupport@tarleton.edu)

  1. This should filter the quarantine messages for the last 30 days for only the shared mailbox.
