This article explains the procedure to be able to view the quarantine of a shared mailbox.
You must have Full Permissions on the shared mailbox before you can view it's quarantine.
View Quarantine
- Go to https://security.microsoft.com
- Sign in with the Tarleton email that has permissions to the shared mailbox.
- Please click on Review in the left column and select Quarantine in the right column.

- This will default to your personal quarantine. You can change the filter to search for just the shared mailbox you have access to.
- Click on the Filter button in the top right. This will open up a menu.

- In the Recipient Address field, put in the email address of the shared mailbox that you have access to. (EX: serversupport@tarleton.edu)

- This should filter the quarantine messages for the last 30 days for only the shared mailbox.
