- Have the full path for the shared drive available, found in the email you received stating access has been granted.
- The full path will look something like this: \\store01\userdata\Tarleton
- You must be on a Tarleton PC or Mac connected to the university's network.

Click on Go in the top menu bar, then select Connect to Server at the bottom.

In the top text field you'll to enter your full path, but you'll need to reformat it for macOS:
- Original path = \\store01\userdata\Tarleton
- Mac path = smb://store01/userdata/Tarleton
The Mac path always starts with "smb://" and then you need to change the back leaning slashes (\) into forward leaning slashes (/).
Click the + icon in the lower left corner to add the new path to the favorites list for easier access next time.
Click Connect. If prompted, enter your Tarleton username (not full email address) and password.

The drive should show up on your desktop and will be listed in the left sidebar of any Finder window.
