Open Settings. Tap Mail

Enter full e-mail address and description for your account. Tap Next

If credentials were entered correctly and accepted by the server, check marks will be shown.

Step nine

Select the items you wish to sync with the phone. If the slider shows green, this item will be synced with the phone. Tap Save.
