This document is intended for current and future students at Tarleton State University who cannot see their courses on their dashboard.
- Unable to Log In? Check to see if you are logging in through the Tarleton Canvas portal (https://www.tarleton.edu/oiss/canvas-login/) using your Tarleton email. If it is still not working, try in a private window, if that does work you may need to clear your cache and cookies on the browser.
- Did You Just Register for Courses? Canvas will be available to new users about 5-10 minutes after registration; however, it is not unusual for this process to take longer.
- Do You Need to Add Your Courses to Your Dashboard? Please refer to our instructional guide for how to add/remove courses to the dashboard if you need assistance.
If none of this seems to solve the problem, please submit a Canvas Service Ticket.
