Unable to see Courses in Canvas

This document is intended for current and future students at Tarleton State University who cannot see their courses on their dashboard. 

  1. Unable to Log In? Check to see if you are logging in through the Tarleton Canvas portal (https://www.tarleton.edu/oiss/canvas-login/) using your Tarleton email. If it is still not working, try in a private window, if that does work you may need to clear your cache and cookies on the browser.
  1. Did You Just Register for Courses?  Canvas will be available to new users about 5-10 minutes after registration; however, it is not unusual for this process to take longer. 
  1.  Do You Need to Add Your Courses to Your Dashboard? Please refer to our instructional guide for how to add/remove courses to the dashboard if you need assistance.

If none of this seems to solve the problem, please submit a Canvas Service Ticket.
