Add a Link to a Canvas Studio Video in a Module

Add an item link to a Canvas Studio video to be shown to students from a module in a course.

  1. From within the class the video will be added. Navigate to the modules page.
  2. From within a module, select the + icon to add a new item.

  3. From the Add drop-down menu, select External Tool

  4. From the options lists select Canvas Studio then Add Item

  5. Navigate to the desired video and select SelectUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  6. Check the desired options, then select Embed

  7. Note that the URL filed has been populated with the link to the video.  Select Add Item

  8. Verify that the video link and containing module are published.  The video will be accessible via the new link added to the module.
