This guide will help you set up schedules in Webex, which can enhance your experience using advance features like Call Notify, Priority Alert, and Selectively Forward Calls.
Schedules are used in Webex for these advance functions:
- Call Notify - Get an email notification for any or specific calls you may have missed
- Priority Alert - Get a distinct ringtone for calls during specific times or incoming phone numbers
- Selectively Forward Calls - Forward specific calls to another phone number
If you are not using these functions, then you do not need to set any schedules.
Add a Schedule in Webex
Navigate to https://user.webex.com/
Log in with your Tarleton email address and password as prompted.

Click "Settings"

Click "Calling"

Click "Schedules"

Click "Add schedule"

Enter a name for the schedule.

Click on the "Date and time" field.

Add the day or days you want for the schedule.

Set the "From" time for the schedule.

Set the "To" time for the schedule.

Or, you can enable "All day event" option.

Click "Save"

To add more schedules, click "Add schedule" again and repeat this process.
