Office Move or Reconnect

Office moves or office reconnects require coordination between multiple departments. Tarleton IT will coordinate any hardware relocation, telephone transfer or network connectivity change. Campus Operations will assist with moving boxes, and the relocation of desks and other furniture.

On Campus Event

Support the generic logins required for events such as Orientation, Junior Preview Day, and camps.

Report an Issue with Computer or Other Hardware

Request computer assistance or report an issue including not turning on, off-domain, security trust relationship, computer running slow, computer crash, blurry monitor, applications crashing, etc.

Request a Desktop/Laptop or Tablet

Request a desktop, laptop, or tablet for employees and student workers.

Service to request an employee loaner device.

Request Inventory Assistance

This service can help to identify and correct any discrepancies in asset ownership.

Return a piece of inventoried equipment (Computers, Tablets, Printers).

Temporary Warehousing of Technology

This service should be requested when a space is scheduled for temporary remodel or permanent decommissioning.
